Started going for recovery from a wrist surgery, but decided to stay for my back because it was so amazing. Even though it's a busy PT place, I never felt like I was just being given cookie-cutter exercises. The staff there is so lovely-everyone remembers your name every time you go, and no one seems rushed or harried, even when they're clearly super busy. Everyone just seems really happy to be there, and it feels like a little family.

I've loved working with Ricardo and I'm really sad that I'm leaving and can't continue my PT with him. My sessions are some of the best workouts I get all week, I feel like he really respects that I'm athletic and doesn't just have me doing clamshells all the time. I'm always sore (in the best way) and feel capable and strong.

I've started getting acupuncture there too and the woman who does it is also lovely and knowledgable.

Executive Park team is incredible. They restored my shoulder to 100% capacity. Working with Dr Ivan has made me stronger and more confident. He guided me to a path of Powerlifting and At age 68 He has motivated me so much that I entered a Powerlifting competition. As a medical doctor who has been active his whole life I found the experience at Executive Park outstanding. Best physical therapist I have encountered. Dr. Ivan is one of the best PT’s in the field. I love his approach to chronic pain and discomfort with joints. I am a power lifter and I had a shoulder issue for a while and it wasn’t just  fixed with a matter of a couple weeks, but he also helped me strengthen the muscles I needed to be better and stronger with my bench press. He is a very knowledgeable Pt who actually backs up what he says with peer reviewed studies and meta analysis. This separates him from most. Executive Park Physical therapy is a great place for any PT needs.  As a former division 1 collegiate athlete I can assure you there is no lack of treatment or services offered! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and does a tremendous job of building confidence while educating during the recovery process.  After having two serious injuries that left me unable to walk, the executive park team was able to get me back to playing high impact sports on both occasions. The staff at Executive Park PT is excellent. It’s a reflection of the leadership of Dr. Ivan Hernandez. He is deserving of the title of best physical therapist,  not just in Yonkers, but anywhere in the world.

I could go on and on about how he helped me recover from a full patella tendon repair after a serious basketball injury, but he also positively impacted my life by helping me change habits around my physical training, eating, and lifestyle in general. He remains an inspiration to me and always will be a critical figure in my life.

If you’re looking for physical therapy, Dr. Hernandez and his team is the right choice for anyone.
